Benefits Details:
R A S Health Care provides some and all benefits to our staff, once they fulfill the company requirements (for W-2 candidates only). All benefits based on the company annual performance and availability for offer. Subject to change at any time.
Health Care Plan
R A S Health Care understands that everyone has unique healthcare needs and for that reason offer three distinct medical plan options to colleagues. The Health Care Plan options each include coverage for medical, vision and pharmacy services, and include voluntary cost saving via preferred provider organization (PPO). Colleagues may select coverage for self, self and spouse/domestic partner, self and dependent children, or family.
Dental Plan
Dental coverage includes coverage for preventive, basic, major and orthodontia services. Colleagues may select coverage for self, self and spouse/domestic partner, self and dependent children, or family.
Flexible Benefit Plan
This plan allows colleagues to pay for certain medical and child/elder care expenses with before tax dollars thus lowering taxable income. Colleagues choose a pre-designated amount of income, annually, to be withheld pre-tax through payroll deduction for use in paying medical expenses not covered by the health plan such as deductibles, co-pays, and for child/elder care.
Short Term Disability Insurance
Short-term disability provides you with a portion of your income in the event that a disability prevents you from working. This voluntary benefit provides 70% of your weekly salary to a maximum of $1,500.00 per week.
Long Term Disability Insurance
Long term disability provides protection against the loss of your income in the event that a disability prevents you from working and earning income for an extended period of time. Coverage begins after you have been away from work for 26 weeks.
Long Term Care Insurance
This type of coverage is available on a voluntary employee paid basis for those who may be interested for self, spouse, parent, grandparent, parent-in-law or grandparent-in-law. The premiums are deducted from your payroll.
